The bill (Reg. No. 1078) proposes to increase the minimal trade area of places that trades beer, alcoholic beverages and tobacco form 20 to 50 square meters.
During the discussion, attention was focused of the conclusion by the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat.
The experts deem the suggested proposal does not only deprive small businesses in Ukraine with trade prospects, but greatly complicates the conditions of their functioning. The report states that the bill does not offered changes in the regulatory mechanisms that stimulate the development of small businesses
